We all scream for THIS ice cream!

WARNING! This blog contains unfair descriptions to other ice creams in the frozen section. It may also cause you to stop reading halfway to finish out the rest of the article with a pint of NadaMoo in hand. Ok, not to sound like a kiss ass, but I really do think NadaMoo is thee best tasting non-dairy ice cream on the market! (And I’ve tried my fair share.) Heck I’ll go as far as saying it’s some of the best in all categories. The ingredients are clean, no animals are harmed or hurt in the making, it’s creamy as f#ck and might I even suggest- it’s a guilt free healthy choice for a frozen dessert. When you hear the phrase, non-dairy dessert, most assume you’ve lost the texture and flavor. But somehow NadaMoo found a coconut creamy way to infuse way more flavor and silky texture, throwing even the most skilled ice cream connoisseur off their game! This blend makes for an impressive dairy-free, zero-cholesterol, gluten-free, lower calorie and lower carb alternative! I know, say all that five times fast. Or with a decadent bite of their newest flavor The Rockiest Road in your mouth! They begin by milking a coconut, ok not really, but you’re welcome for the visual. Coconut milk keeps a clean slate contributing zero cholesterol compared to its dairy competitors. And yes, you will see saturated fat on the label, but unlike the saturated fat in meat and dairy products, which cause the liver to make too much cholesterol, coconut has no harmful effects on the body. Rest assured this healthy fat known as lauric acid, also present in Mothers milk (not a popular milk for ice cream), is a medium chain fatty acid that our bodies use for energy and immune function. Traditional ice cream from our cow friends has been fed a genetically modified diet washed down with antibiotics and hormones. Not only do I want to rescue Bessie and feed her better, but I want to feed myself and the people I care about with better frozen desserts also! By choosing NadaMoo, a company that cares for its customers, the community and the planet, you know inevitably you’re part of a larger food movement too! “I’m eating NadaMoo ice cream to save the planet!” You can even tell your cow friends they can come visit the NadaMoo ranch without it being a one-way trip! You don’t have to be a health coach to understand every single ingredient on the list in NadaMoo either; they are real food items made from the highest quality. If NadaMoo was passing out its resume for a job interview, they’d get hired boasting their impressive list of certifications – USDA organic, non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free, kosher and fair-trade certified! You know those let’s say, ‘challenging’ friends, that have an allergy or intolerance to everything. Problem solved, serve them NadaMoo! With over 15 flavors, narrowing down your choice will be your only problem now. Let me share this little secret with you my friend, even health coaches have a sweet tooth. Especially this one! But it’s about choosing better alternatives so when you dust a pint of your favorite flavor of NadaMoo (Dad), your body can handle the clean ingredients. Now I’m not condoning eating a whole pint, but in all honesty, the only downside of NadaMoo, is trying to cut yourself off after continually saying, “just one more bite.” There are many reasons to remove or cut back on dairy but that doesn’t mean we have to lose our favorite indulgences. Life should be enjoyed and when there are options of this caliber, it’s easy to swap out something detrimental to our health to the best option in the frozen aisle. Resolutions are for new years. Or are they? We don’t have to “give up” our favorite treats! Instead really savor them, swap for something better or eat the real thing in full, guilt free enjoyment.
