As a middle child who loves making people laugh, it's no shock that my first career was in entertainment. I started performing as a kid when I danced on Star Search... 4 stars, baby! I transitioned that love of live arts to stand-up comedy, hosting, improv, and acting.
I graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism from the Walter Cronkite School at ASU and have applied my writing/interview skills to the comedic arts. I’ve entertained crowds at The Comedy Store, The Improv, Laugh Factory and Icehouse to name a few.

Since I grew up with an older brother, I was put in tons of WWE wrestling moves--Boston crabs, full nelsons, and leg locks that knocked the wind out of me. Don't feel bad... this all put hair on my chest! I loved learning strength training moves in the weight room and competing in various sports. Health and fitness are my second passion (my first is laughing so hard my abs get a workout).

As an athletic bad ass, I was the Live Correspondent for many years of the Camp Pendleton Mud Run. I co-hosted a comedic pilot for VH1 and participated in crazy sports like the flying trapeze as the host of Adventure Girls. And as a culinary bad ass, you can catch me giving nutrition advice and creating tons of recipes for an awesome wellness app launching soon!
