Mila’s the definition of MAN’S BEST FRIEND❣️ Today she turns 10! Age is just a number baby! We adopted her around 9 months old. Found as a stray dog, she made her way to Santa Barbara, Craigslist and right into our arms the morning after we saw her precious face. Immediately Simon’s other half and the BFF to every single future fur sibling we’ve rescued. Cats, rats, horses, foster dogs and every human she encounters. ❤️

Mila literally goes EVERYWHERE with me because I’m codependent 😜 AND she is such a good girl!! She’s an amazing bully breed ambassador educating peeps what sweet & well behaved pups they are.

The health benefits, happiness, joy, unconditional love, humor, loyalty and purity truly makes them the most priceless gift we could ever be blessed with. It’s her birthday, and she is MY gift! 🥰 🐕

Yeah, yeah I can lift my leg high but the challenge of yoga is FLEXIBILITY OF MIND!! Which translates into all of life, right?! 😉

Training your breath to remain deep when we are uncomfortable or challenged.
