They are packed full of antioxidants, Vitamin C, potassium and fiber, hello toilet time. You can skip the wine calories and hangover because blueberries also contain resveratrol! What’s resveratrol do? Anti-aging benefits, helps prevent diabetes and alzheimers.
Live longer by reducing your risk of heart disease and cancer, improve your digestion (remember what I mentioned above…they won’t stay in you very long) so you can also catch up on your Bathroom Book! And as if being regular isn’t enough to make you happy, blueberries also help improve your mood.
